Product Warranty

If a product that you receive does not meet your expectations within the warranty period, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns should be activated once you obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization.

Procedures of our warranties:

  1. Please include a video or photo that illustrates the problem when contacting us with your claims.
  2. In the next 24 hours, we will contact you for more information on this matter or for a response.
  3. You can return your product if it is within our warranty window. You will be liable for the return shipping fee based on your state.


– Please check the quality of all items within 7 days after receiving them. If there are any quality issues, contact us.

– The warranty period starts on the day the item is delivered to you.
