If a product that you receive does not meet your expectations within the warranty period, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization. All returns should be activated once you obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization.
Procedures of our warranties:
- Please include a video or photo that illustrates the problem when contacting us with your claims.
- In the next 24 hours, we will contact you for more information on this matter or for a response.
- You can return your product if it is within our warranty window. You will be liable for the return shipping fee based on your state.
– Please check the quality of all items within 7 days after receiving them. If there are any quality issues, contact us.
– The warranty period starts on the day the item is delivered to you.
